Employment History
Mr. Martin was employed by Georgia Power Company for 17
years, where he held positions of Sr. Engineering Assistant, Distribution Engineer,
Research Engineer and during his last six years he was the supervisor of the
Georgia Power High Voltage Research Laboratory. Mr. Martin left Georgia Power
in 1981 and together with Roger Landers formed Forensic Engineering Inc. and
M & E Technology Inc.. He has served as Vice-President of and Manager of
Engineering for Forensic Engineering from 1981 to 2004 and President of M &
E Technology from 1982 to the present time. In 2004 Mr. Martin joined forces
with Kilgore Engineering and has his offices in Cumming, Georgia (located north
of Atlanta). Mr. Martin is a Senior member of the Institute of Electrical &
Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and a voting member of the Insulated Conductors
Committee, Power Engineering Society.
Forensic Engineering Inc
Forensic Engineering was an investigative engineering firm that was founded
in 1981. The firm at one time did engineering studies and investigation of electrical,
mechanical and civil engineering matters. On January 2, 2004, Forensic Engineering
closed its doors after 25 years of successful engineering studies and investigations.
This action was necessary due to medical reasons associated with Mr. Landers.

Kilgore Engineering Inc.
Kilgore Engineering was founded in 1995
as a spin off of Forensic Engineering Inc. FEI maintained a western office located
in Denver, Colorado from 1988 to 1995. Ron Kilgore started the Denver office
in 1988 and subsequently decided to start his own engineering firm in 1995.
Kilgore Engineering has successfully operated in Denver since that time. On
January 1, 2004, Mr. Martin joined that firm.
